Is Anderson Appliance Pros a repair company?
No. We are a local referral service. When you call, your call is connected to an independent appliance repair business that serves your area. You deal with that business directly for scheduling, pricing, and the repair itself.
What does it cost?
The repair business you are connected with sets its own rates. Most Upstate technicians charge a diagnostic or trip fee that is applied toward the repair if you approve it. Ask for the fee when you call; there is no charge from us.
Do you charge me anything?
No. There is no fee to you for using this site or the phone number. The repair business pays us for the referral, not you.
How fast can someone come out?
Same-day or next-day is common in Anderson, Pendleton, and Clemson. Outlying areas are usually one to three days. Refrigerator calls get priority when the tech can manage it.
Repair or replace?
A rule of thumb used by most techs: if the repair costs more than half the price of a new unit and the appliance is over ten years old, replace it. A good technician will tell you that on the diagnostic visit instead of selling you a repair.
What brands are covered?
Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Bosch, Electrolux, Speed Queen, and most other residential brands. Some high-end built-in brands require a factory-authorized servicer; the tech will tell you if that applies.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals. South Carolina is a one-party consent state.
